These exceptions generally prevent the disclosure of privileged, confidential, or other protected information and communications.

Seven Hills Fire District strives to respond as promptly as possible to all requests for Board of Trustee records requests kept in the normal course of business. However, the time required to process such a request is contingent upon the Minutes receiving authorized signature of approval. Requests that require staff to take measures to redact or otherwise withhold legally privileged, protected, or confidential information will likely take substantial to process.

Upon receiving a completed Public Records Request Form, the SHFD will acknowledge receipt in writing and note any immediate deficiencies or issues with the request.

Alabama citizens should utilize the attached format to make a public records request for Board of Trustee Meeting minutes. The completed format must be mailed to the business address of the Seven Hills Fire District:
